It's potato crisps. It's crunchy. Have it salty and peppery or plain. Top it with stir fry veggies like I did or with honey roasted mixed nuts or with any topping you wish to serve it with. Make it small, make it big, either way, it's impressive, it's delicious and most especially it's FUN to create!
You know what they say about a dish being well rounded? Well, this will definitely add texture to a dish. Summer .... Shmummer.... young coconut flesh strips mixed with other fruits, full cream, condensed milk, coconut gel, coconut sport and sugar palmfruit... perfect for dessert or nibbles in hot summer afternoon. Yum! You can either make deviled eggs out of the boiled eggs or egg and mayo sandwich spread. Nothing goes to waste!
Here is another picture recipe for you to enjoy! Tasted like Pinacolada without the booze. It was sooooooo good. It made me feel as if I'm indulging on a creamy ice cream, only, I'm drinking instead of eating. You must, must, must try it. If there's anything I love in this world ... it is sharing.
Basic Ingredients? Potatoes, Chicken Broth or Knorr Cube, Water, Crisco Shortening, Unsalted Butter, Sea Salt, Potatoes... the rest is up to you... Biggest clue....
