Ingredients:
1 small avocado
1 small banana
1 tbsp white sugar
250 ml milk
3 ice cubes per serving glass
Directions:
To remove the stones and peel the skin, slice the midsection of the avocado, working around the stone. Turn the avocado around to make a clean two halves. Twist each half to separate them. Tap the exposed stone like an ax onto a wood. Twise your knive and the stones will get free. Now you're free to peel your avocado. Coarsely chop them and put it in the blender.
Peel your banana, coarsely chop and add it to the blender.
Pour milk and add the sugar.
Blitz it in the blender until smooth.
Pour equally onto serving glass with ice. Enjoy!
