Tip 1: You can use as less or as much mayonnaise as you like. I kinda prefer just enough mayo but not swimming.
Tip 2: Some actually add eggs, nestle cream, sweet pickle relish, potatoes... it's all up to... which do you prefer?
500 grams macaroni
2 chicken breasts, shreds to small pieces
340 grams pineapple chunks, diced
1 carrots, boiled and diced or diced and boiled... whatever rocks your boat
1 apple, diced
42.5 grams or 1 1/2 ounce raisins
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
mayonnaise, just enough to bind all ingredients
Serves 15 side dishes
Boil macaroni in enough water in a big enough pot until cooked. Drain and set aside in a big bowl.
Mix all ingredients in one big bowl and toss. Cover and chill.
Serve cold or at room temperature. Enjoy!
