I love pub food and fried seafood just screams TARTARE SAUCE to be with it.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon capers, chopped
2 tablespoons dill, chopped
1 tablespoon cornichons, chopped
1/2 lemon (juice)
Mixed them all together. As easy as that and you make 3/4 cup of tartare sauce!
